Inventory visibility and operational control
Inventory Control in PriTo brings together information on materials, products, and goods so teams can track availability, values, and warehouse movements. Records by stock location, item, and batch help identify stock quickly and trace its movements.
Warehouse organisation and traceability
Manage storage locations and batches, including batch splitting, and maintain links between documents and stock movements. Mobile application integration supports operations at storage locations. Reservations for orders, estimates, and other requirements help teams coordinate the use of available materials.
Connected operations, from goods receipt to stocktake
Record receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and stocktakes in an integrated workflow. The module manages packaging, units of measure and conversions, and import costs and taxes. Documents include goods receipts, material issue notes, transfers, delivery notes, production reports, and customer invoices.
Inventory valuation and an auditable history
Track stock quantities and values using valuation methods such as FIFO, LIFO, or batch depletion. History identifies users and transaction times. Corrections are made through reversals rather than retrospective transaction changes, maintaining traceable records.
Information for informed decisions
Analyse current and historical inventory, stock age, turnover, consumption, and material movements. Classification tools and Pareto analysis help prioritise stock monitoring and inform purchasing and resource allocation decisions.
Integrated documents and operations
Link goods receipts, material issue notes, transfers, delivery notes, production reports, and invoices to stock movements.
Reservations for business activities
Manage reservations linked to orders, automotive service estimates, and installation jobs to track the materials required for operations.
